We offer Free Shipping to customers in China, Hong Kong and Macau (Minimum purchase HK$499) and limited-time free shipping offer for customers in Canada, Mexico and United States (Minimum purchase US$138).  We are quickly expanding “Free Shipping Service” to countries where we are setting up PROGEAR VisionLABs.  For customers outside of our Free Shipping Zone, there will be a courier shipping fee.

All online orders are completed only when our in-house master optician validates your uploaded prescription data and notify you our acceptance of your order. Most orders are delivered within 10 working days from the time we validate your prescription. Certain orders with extreme prescriptions will take extra time and you’ll be notified before we process your order. We ship all orders by UPS, FedEx or SF-Express. Delivery confirmation and signature required. Please provide full delivery address at time of purchase.
